I trust you are able to take time out to Be, or being forced to as the Eclipse Solstice energies are so intense. You will be exhausted a lot of the time I know I am some days I just blob except for essential things one has to do in 3d world. You could feel vertigo, the good old ear ringing, even nauseous and maybe feeling blocked, can’t meditate or do any of your inner work, but don’t look at it like that.
I usually do a lot of inner work and meditation especially in the morning first thing and just can’t do it, I still manage to do the love hug sound link up,
but the rest just isn’t happening at present.
Just go with it, surrender, allow, the most importation thing is to be in your heart and feel love for yourself and all beings. Connect to the New Sun within and Divine Mother within.
A friend who I have been helping with really dark issues and a strong demon who has been hassling him, I asked him to connect to Divine Mother within as nothing dark can stand that beautiful loving energy. He said he prayed and invited Divine Mother into his heart (helpful for this that don’t feel Divine Mother already there) and of course the demon didn’t like it and faded away. So right now, the most simple and important connections to your heart are all you need, especially if everything else is just too much.
You have to remember we are birthing whole new bodies and ways of being.
So, rest is required.
Duality is in its final throes, playing out full on as we know with the Covid; what’s real about it and not real, all the agendas, the control dramas, the lies, and now the violence on streets in some countries.
You have to remember that racism of any kind and is a state of consciousness. When we are in unity consciousness it makes no difference what colour skin a person has, what religion if they choose to have one, what country they come from, what language they speak, we just see the Love, the beauty of the soul. Everything is about the Soul.
See all the demonstrators from both sides at peace, connected to the Source and Love within. See your politicians and the WHO and other players nonphysical and physical as they truly are Divine; one with Source. We all come from the one Source, this is just a game and eventually we unify, we love all that upsets us externally,
as we realise its just a reflection of what’s going on within.

Don’t get sucked into the arguments and the agro, its all a test and initiation. Collectively we are going through a huge initiation at present. Real initiations are tough, you either die or come out Light holding the ankh giver of life. We have great opportunities here to be who we truly are. Die of the old illusions and awaken to
the divine reality and our higher dimensional selves.

Your radiance glows through the grids, through all the darkness as by your BEing the world shifts out of the old control dramas and interference, as nothing not of the Divine Light can stand to be here.

SG 26 THE ANDROMEDAN STARGATE
 The Andromeda Galaxy, also known as Messier 31, M31, or NGC 224 and originally the Andromeda Nebula, is a barred spiral galaxy approximately 2.5 million light-years (770 kiloparsecs) from Earth, and the nearest major galaxy to the Milky Way.
The number of stars contained in the Andromeda Galaxy is estimated at one trillion (1×1012), or roughly twice the number estimated for the Milky Way.
The Milky Way and Andromeda galaxies are expected to collide in around 4.5 billion years, merging to form a giant elliptical galaxy or a large lenticular galaxy.
This Stargate opens us up to the full unification of Heaven and Earth through Andromeda, which has never been in the duality experience, and many of us have higher aspects that walk in from Andromeda. When we connect to our Andromeda multi-d aspect/s we are being nudged to step it up.

Ophiuchus is a large constellation straddling the celestial equator. Its name is from the Greek means "serpent-bearer", and it is commonly represented as a man grasping a snake The serpent is represented by the constellation Serpens. The brightest stars in Ophiuchus include α Ophiuchi, called Rasalhague ("head of the serpent charmer"), at magnitude 2.07, and η Ophiuchi, known as Sabik ("the preceding one"), at magnitude 2.43. RS Ophiuchi is part of a class called recurrent novae, whose brightness increase at irregular intervals by hundreds of times in a period of just a few days. It is thought to be at the brink of becoming a type-1a supernova.
Ophiuchus is the thirteenth sign in the zodiac between Scorpio and Sagittarius, it is sighted before the Sun on December 15. But the Sun travels fully in front of the astronomical constellation Ophiuchus from about November 30 to December 18, so if your birthday is around those date you are an Ophiuchuan.
The Star System of Ophiuchus, the Serpent Bearer extends into the rich star fields of the Milky Way looking towards the Galactic Centre.
Ophiuchus is opposite Orion in the Heavens and when we have moved beyond duality and unified the Serpent rises within us, the Kundalini, up the 22 vertebrae, the 22 initiations and is illuminated out the Crown. We become our Body of Light and master of our molecules.

As you know being in nature, on the Earth the best place to be for any inner unification and inner awareness work. Drinking lots of water. Get lots of rest.
Don’t forget to deep breathe, the secret is in the breath. (Not a lot of different pranayamas as they can be too much for many), but deep abdominal breathing to connect, centre, get out of the mind and Be, allow, surrender and embrace. Simple is best.
The unconditional love and acceptance of all aspects of self.
As our own personal grids are merging, time lines merging, multi-selves are merging, this can be overwhelming. You may not sense it as subtle energies like this, but there might be a lot going on in your life right night with family dramas, or health issues, or too much work, money problems. However it comes to us as a gift to show us that we need to take a pause, give ourselves time and go within and love and accept what it is showing
us about ourselves still not loved.
Simply go into the part of your body in pain or sore or out of balance. Ask it what it’s showing you, trust whatever word, thought or image comes to you. Make sure you are connected first.
Do the deep breathing and love and acceptance, golden light or 13 rays of the rainbow new paradigm energies into it. Align with you higher self and multi-d selves who you might perceive as guides, masters, and angels, Light beings, but are all you in the greater reality.
See yourself as whole and healed.
Draw a picture of how you look truly.
Reset the old programs are resolved through your love and acceptance and the new programs from the radiance of your true essence are now able to shine through every cell of your body and energy bodies.
Be aware of your connection to the Earth and Stars that flow through you both ways.
